Customer service was good. I was happy to be able to change my lens's with little hassel because unfortunately as good as the website was put together I still had questions. Happy with my frames.

I called around locally on how much a pair of progressive lens would cost. I got two quotes. $500 or 450. No frame included! I went online to another lens maker. Over two months of trying to correct them I came to LensFactory. I didn't realize what a poor pair of lens I had in my glasses from a local shop until I put on the LensFactory lens. I could see again, clearly. Affordable, dependable, faster than going through a opticians shop, and high quality lens. I liked them so much, I had them make me another set of lens for sunglasses and again, I can see clearly. Fantastic. Will come back again and again.

very good support from the customer service and good lenses . pricey compared to costco but it is hard to compare between different specs of lenses. i would say that the lenses quality i received from LensFactory is better than Costco but it might be subjective. overall they are reliable and fast.

LensFactory is so much cheaper than the major Optical retailers, even with their promotions. It takes a little time to get lens prescriptions filled, but it is well worth the wait. Quality is outstanding. You won't be sorry.

first experience, excellent service and delivery for the best price

The frame was returned to me with the new lenses installed, and they are great. However, it took more that 2 weeks from the initial order to the receipt of my updated frames. Honestly, this is much slower than my local optician, and really not much less expensive (between 5 and 10% less).
