Good service, efficient turn around operation. Not an expert on lenses but they feel right and comfortable

This is the third time that I've ordered lenses for existing frames from LensFactory. Each time the service has been exceptional, the lenses have been perfect, and the turn-around time has been quick. This time was no exceptions. I highly recommend LensFactory to anyone, and plan to use them again myself.

With the normal amount of skepticism about ordering something as personal as progressive lenses online, I took the leap and sent a pair of favorite frames accompanied by the required measurements to LensFactory. An email appeared in my inbox a couple of days later informing me that they had arrived and would take a couple more weeks to return home. Upon their return, I wore them for a day and found that the middle range was not accurate. Sending an email to customer service, I had the pleasure of receiving a prompt response from Maddy who quickly became my new BFF. She instructed me to mark where my pupils lined up, emailed a mailing label, and I dropped them in the mailbox once again. Again, more emails followed informing me of their receipt, processing and return. They are now perfect and I will be sending two additional frames to be fitted with lenses. Not only is the price nearly $100 less than I would pay at one of the retail chains, but the customer service is superb. I heart LensFactory and Maddy! Thank you to everyone for your prompt, friendly and easy service and excellent product.

I am an admitted eyeglass and sunglasses junkie, which can be a very expensive habit when you have bad eyesight. I tend to buy designer frames online because the cost is significantly cheaper than a brick and mortar, but by the time I add my progressive prescription, the cost is through the roof! I was so happy to find lensfactory.com. Not only was the cost of my lenses amazing, but the customer service, and turnaround time were outstanding as well. I was fully prepared for a long wait, especially with my astigmatism and progressive lenses, but there was no need. They sent me the kit, confirmed receipt, verified my order via e-mail because I had more than one pair, and shipped them out all within 2 weeks! And the prescription was perfect! I now have some pretty cool progressive designer sunglasses for a fraction of what it would have cost had I gone the traditional route. I'm a customer for life! I have a pair of Tom Ford sunnies on deck :-).

Everything went exactly as their site said it would. My glasses were returned perfectly ready to use with no problems.

I recently upgraded with prescription for glasses at a local Costco. I also used their company inside the store to buy my glasses. That was a bad mistake. When I decided to give Lens Factory a try I did worry about using the same prescription, thinking maybe Costco got it right, but the doctor got my script wrong. I'm so glad decided to trust the doctor and send my frames and prescription to Lens Factory. I wanted real glass and bifocals (the kind that show) and Lens Factory did a perfect job. I'm tempted to send my spares in for upgrading. I highly recommend Lens Factory, but remember they are only as good as your prescription so get that updated and then don't be afraid to give them a try. It was a seamless process too.

I was a little cautious at first sending my favorite glasses in for new lenses, but they were fast and did an excellent job with the replacement and communication. I have already recommended them to a few friends.
