Within a few days of shipping my frames, I received an email confirming they received the frames and were working on the order. After a little less than 2 weeks, I received my shipping confirmation and tracking order for the completed lens order. I am very happy with this service and my new lenses feel great

I was told I would get them before my vacation. Unfortunately I received an email that they did not pass final inspection. They did a rush order to my vacation home.

Wasn't sure what to expect whe I sent my husband's dog-chewed glasses off to a company I had never heard of. But, in just a short time, we had the glasses with new lenses back, and he says the prescription is spot-on. Very please and will use this company again.

The service was great. I was contacted immediately if and when I had any issues or questions, in a courteous fashion. Be aware that when ordering lenses online, they can't tell how exactly the glasses sit on your face, so the lenses may not be lined up exactly to where they should be. Also, I got plastic frames and they came back slightly mis-shaped.
