Have no qualms using this company. My glasses are exact I am very pleased

The first pair of lenses were purchased in Feb of 2016. The fit, finish, and craftsmanship were fantastic. Customer service was superb, communicating the exact status without me having to ask. I opted for a spare pair and went back to LensFactory again with the same results. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone, especially if you are looking for the thin&dark glass lenses.

I have oversized sunglasses that Costco refuses to create new lenses for. So LensFactory could and did. Everything great, except I asked that if they were not able to duplicate the dark blue of the old lense to please use a very dark gray. The lenses are medium to light gray. I'm getting used to them and may not ask for adjustment. They work well in Chicago, but when I return to the intense sun of Tucson, I may want/need to darker color.

Dali, the customer service rep took great care of me straitening out a shipping problem I had created. The quality of the lenses is outstanding. Very pleased. I will recommend Lensfactory to my family and friends and I will use them in the future. It's nice to know there is a company who will replace lenses with care and for a great price.

I highly recommend this company to anyone who appreciates great quality work at a reasonable price. The progressive lenses made for me are of the same high quality of lenses I paid 3x the price for and i have to admit I am surprised that the quality exceeded my expectations. Follow up by their staff is just another reason to recommend this great company.

My favorite glasses had become scratched and foggy and I could not see through them any more. I read online about getting plain glass lenses that don't scratch as easily and hoped that LensFactory would be able to make it happen for me. I was nervous sending the glasses out as its is hard to find frames that fit me well. LensFactory really came through for me! I'm so grateful. Thank you Dali for making it happen!!!!!

I have ordered 3 pairs of transitions, the brown and grey ones and all three pairs only transition to 50%..I have other ones from a different company ( Walmart optical ) and those glasses do turn 80% dark in the UV. I am not sure if lens factory uses good qualities transitions
