Ordered my lens update with the pre-paid mailer box. Box came in two days, shipped off box, got confirmation emails and some questions, response time was quick, glasses came back working nicely.

Not only did they make my lens prescriptions perfect, speedily and at a very fair price, when I developed a little problem with them some months later, Maddie Cockriel and the customer service staff had me send them back at their expense, a one week turn around and the problem corrected! These folks are awesome and I am their customer forever!

Quick response and turn around time! Lenses are just as good as the originals that came with the glasses. And at 1/4th the price for replacement lenses!

Fast turn around and in-expensive compared to other retailers. Also, they have great customer service. They responded to some questions I had within a day. I definitely will be using them for all future lens replacements in the future.
