Was very pleased with both the quick service and accuracy of LensFactory's work. Ordered two pairs of progressives: clear, and sunglasses, using my extant frames. Both are the best I've ever received.

Lenses and services are the best I've ever experienced.

If you have some frames you really like. Lens Factory is a good option. I have progressive lenses and was a little bit wary about doing online lenses, but since I was sending in an old pair (the lense was damaged, but the placement of the progressive reading part was in the right place) they were able to use the measurements off my old lens to make the new ones. It was a new prescription I was sending in so it did take me a short time to get used to them, but all is good now. It is good to know there is a place out there that replaces lens at an affordable rate. Maybe not quite as cheap as some of a few of the cheapest online retailers, but of very good quality and much much more affordable than what I been paying. Also love the photochromatic lens. Customer service was also really helpful.

I was informed at every step of the process. The shipping materials were sent to me in a timely manner, and contained helpful instructions. My new lenses were returned to me in a timely manner. Lenses were great, no prescription required. Somehow, my frames were returned in a better condition, fit-wise, than they were previously. Very pleased with service.

Slow coming, but very good.

My order experience with Lens Factory was positive overall. There was a delay with a broken lens but it was corrected to my satisfaction.

I tell everyone about LensFactory! These are the BEST progressive glasses I have ever had! They are perfectly aligned with my vision.
