Great, wonderful experience!! Ease of ordering, prompt staff responses, fairly priced. Have worn my "new" glasses for a couple of hours and the lenses are perfect. I'm certainly recommend you to friends and family. Plus, as soon as I get my new prescription I'll be placing another order.

My experience was as promised. The product was delivered promptly and the process was seamless.

This was one of the most perfect and professional items I ever made on line. You guys made my glasses perfect for me. The time line was great. I will tell everyone who needs their eyeglasses to fit a new prescription to go to you. You made a friend for life. Again, thanks again

Three months from confirmation of online order. Two and one half months from receipt of my frames. This indicates some sort of outsourcing. Once received, my frames/glasses looked ok. I just think that in 2025 having to wait 1/4 year for completion of my order is just not acceptable

Buying new glasses for the one my son lost was not an option. I decided to just change the lenses. Lens factory has affordable prices and quick service. Within 2 weeks I had the glasses back with new lenses. I will definitely be using them again if/when my son losses his glasses.

I've recommended it to all of my eyeglass-wearing friends and family; Lens Factory has reinvented a dozen pairs of my scratched, expensive frames into brand new, progressive, and transition lenses, using the highest quality materials, for the lowest prices around.
