The great quality of the lenses plus the excellent communication, (not to mention the price) were all first rate. This way my first time doing something like this by mail and I appreciated that the company e.mailed me when they had a problem with my frames but let me know right away that it would only take a little longer for them to fill the order. I spoke with someone over the phone and they were easy to reach and talk to. When they arrived I tried them on and the fit was perfect. I already have plans to order my next pair of lenses through LensFactory. Thanks for the great work.

New lenses were perfect and no delay in getting glasses back

I acquired a set of frames, good quality but free to me. I wanted some travel glasses so sent in the frames with my prescription for progressive lenses with photo gray and scratch resistance. The completed glasses arrived promptly and are excellent. And at one third what I normally pay. But don't tell my optician that...

Also, when I navigated through the website, I thought I clicked on progressive lenses, but somehow ended up with bifocals. I think I needed assistance or a review of order before having completed it. When I contacted the rep, you would have thought I had offended her personally by her response.

The telephone support was great in helping clear my confusion with something I didn't understand on the web site . I sent my prescription and received my eyeglasses in a reasonable amount of time.

I usually don't write reviews. Over the past 2 years I have had lenses done 5 times with lensfactory. I've had great customer service and it's a lot cheaper than buying at a brick and mortar. I buy the frames online on Amazon, send the frames to Lensfactory and a couple of weeks later I have a set of glasses at half the price.
