I get exactly what I want for a fair price. I have a preference for glass lenses as I live in a salt / sandy enviorment. Plastic lenses would only last 3 to 4 months without scratches. Now I can get lenses that last in days - and it is not an easy prescription

My lenses and bifocals in my new glasses just don't work very well. Bifocals are blurred no matter what i do. LensFactory no help.

Lens were installed incorrectly, remade or adjusted. Plastic frames now appear slightly different shape than sent to factory. Previous orders were always great!

The order took a week longer than they promised; they botched the prescription; and when I called to speak to customer service I was basically told they didn't make a mistake and that I should hang up. This is no exaggeration. Worst service experience in my life and I just turned 60. And just check out the reply from LensFactory. More of the same excuses. No accountability or customer service. It's all the customer's fault. Just unbelievable. Wonder if the owner of the company actually cares???? Don't waste your time or money with this hack of a company. I'll be getting Visa to cancel payment to them. They obviously don't want to correct their error. They prefer to abuse their paying customers. Steer clear!!!

I had a pair of computer glasses I purchased a few years ago from my ophthalmologist's retail side of the business. Unfortunately, I found these glasses very inconvenient to use and only wore them a few times. When my eyeglass prescription recently changed, I thought I could just replace the lenses in these computer glasses. My ophthalmologist's retail store was willing to do this, but the cost was outrageous - almost the same as a new pair of glasses. I read that most eyeglass stores will not put lenses in your frames, so I started searching online. I visited many websites and compared all of them. I chose Lens Factory because of their options and low prices. I contacted them a few times with questions before ordering and the responses were quick and helpful. I ordered my lenses and they sent a prepaid box for me to mail the frames to them. I received my eyeglasses back in about 2 weeks. I am very happy with my "new" glasses. The lenses are the thinnest, lightest I have ever had. I see great, so the prescription must be right. The only complaint I would have is very minor - the nose pads on the frames I sent were starting to yellow. I had hoped they would have replaced them, but didn't. The next time I order from LensFactory I will see if I can purchase new pads. Otherwise, I will definitely order from them again!

I loved that I could send you frames I bought elsewhere and you would put in the lenses. You took my prescription and followed it to a T. I'm sending another pair of frames next week. I'm so glad I found you.

Had a pair of frames that needed to have lenses. I did not want to pay as much as my eye doctor charges so I found lense factory. The choices are great. I mailed glasses with Rx and received them back in less than two weeks. The quality of the lenses are just as good as what I would get from the eye doctor. I absolutely love my glasses. I will buy from lens factory again.
