Delivered as described
I followed the directions and sent my new RX along with an old pair of glasses so my pupilary distance could be measured and my new glasses are perfect.

Excellent Work!
Glass lenses are hard to find. These lenses (glass) Lens Factory made out preform my Zeiss Digital lenses. I used my old frames to use as a back up pair. But now they are my main pair. I will order from them in the future.

very good experience
I wasn't sure what my pd was, sent them a couple of guesstimates and an old pair of glasses with a note, and received the glasses back within a week or so perfectly made! I would use them again in a minute.

I'm trying to figure out a way to send my prescription sunglasses which I need daily.....I am happy with your whole operation. Got any suggestions.

As far as suggestions go for your sunglasses, we have to have a frame to insert your lenses so if you have another pair that is the same size and shape we could make you lenses that way.Feel free to call customer service and let's see what we can do for you to get you new sunglasses made.

unable to complete review
You have sent this assuming my order in completed; it is not. This order began Feb. 3. Monday will be Feb 27....It looks like it will be a month + for this order. Although my customer service rep. has been nice, the order was obviously lost. Not a happy camper.
