I save so much money buying my own frames via the Internet and then ordering lenses through LensFactory. Because of this, I can afford not only custom sunglasses, but also backup glasses in case I lose a pair (as recently happened while kayaking). Thank you so much!

I am a first time user of this website - glad I found LensFactory as an option vs. local vendors. Only issue is that I thought I had checked transitions when I placed order but not so. The lence seem to be the same as the old once the either did use the new prescripiton or the new one was not correct. can not read any better seems like they copied the lence from the the two yer old lence that was in the frame and not use the new prescripiton. i SENT THEM A MESSAGE AND THEY DIDN'T RESPOND. SENCE THEY ARE IIN KY AND I AM IN AZ.THERE NO WAY TO GET IT CORRECTED. SAM CAIN

I ordered a new set of polycarbonate progressive lenses for an older pair of frames. I received my box from them to ship my old glasses, sent them on their way and settled in for an expected 2 weeks wait. But not so, I sent them off the beginning of the week and they shipped my new lenses in my newly cleaned frames along with a new set of nose pads and the whole process took about a week from start to finish. The lenses have been great. I would have no qualms about recommending them.
