I highly recommend LensFactory. Potential customers should know in advance to order their mailing box to ship their frames because there are further instructions in this box to include an older pair of prescription glasses so that their technicians can make the proper adjustments in the production of their new glasses. I am very imressed with the finish product and the turn around from start to finish took less than 2 weeks.

Perfect lenses. Effortless transaction. Will definitely use them again in the future. Now I can hold onto and revive my favorite frames as long as I want. They even tightened them up and straightened them out. Couldn't be happier.

Second set of lens from them and am completely satisfied. I have a set of frames I love and they let me keep them. There will be a problem from time to time and I think the measure of a company is how they work with you to resolve it.
