Fast and accurate. Excellent customer service.

I was very pleased with the customer service and the end product from lensFactory. I had never ordered lenses online before and I was very skeptical. I wear progressives and can be very sensitive to them if they are not perfect. When I got my glasses back, I could not see through them at all - there was something very wrong. I contacted them and they had me send them back. I assumed I had made a mistake trying to get glasses this way. Much to my delight, a couple days later received them back and they were amazing. In fact, I would say they are one of the best progressive lenses I have ever had. I would recommend LensFactory to others and I will definitely use them again!

The lens were made according to the prescription. I can see the difference. The frames were mine, other than that, there is very little that can be said for the lens.
