I am very satisfied with the replacement lenses. My only negative was the failure to update the status of the work on line. BUT this was compensated for when the return of my glasses was expedited when they were returned by Priority Mail at no extra charge to me, I would happily use the service again.

My experience with Lensfactory was fantastic! Their lenses are both high quality and incredibly affordable. While their website looks slightly older, they are very prompt and completed my dual pairs of glasses within two weeks. If you are particularly interested in glass lenses, rather than plastic, this is the service to use. I will definitely be using Lensfactory in the future!

Simple, easy to use service. Easy to understand options and ordering. Prompt response time to inquiries and acknowledging receipt of my frames. Lenses were done quickly and correctly. I'll use again in the future no hesitation. Prices are reasonable.
