Lenses are top quality. Quick service, had my glasses back in a week. Won't hesitate to use LensFactory again in the future.

Good communication. Only complaint is that screws sent back were unoriginal to the frame and rounded Philips instead of level flatheads. Not that big a deal but attention to that kind of detail makes makes a difference. Satisfied overall.

I have used Lens Factory since 2015. I have purchased 3 pairs of glasses from them. All 3 were perfectly done and I received them within a week of mailing in the order. I chose to tint one pair of glasses with a brown gradient tint and use them for night time and rainy weather driving. They cut the glare so much. I am very happy with service and products from Lens Factory.

The reason I have given it a one star rating is that I have not received my glasses. It must be more than a month since they got the frames. When I check on my a/c it says "awaiting fulfillment"
