I had purchased from here before and received amazing customer service. Unfortunately I needed an updating on my prescription and submitted an order in Neovember and never received the shipping box. I waiting till January 20 to inquire. I had to reach out to them and they immediately refunded my money.

I really was not sure about shipping out my vintage frames. But the customer service support was kind and helpful in easing my worry. This is the 1st pair of progressive lenses I have and the 1st transitions lenses as well. I am excited to report that I couldn't have expected a better job. I am extactic that the lenses I got are real glass. Lens factory cleaned the glasses, gave me a great case and cleaning cloth. I will ALWAYS use Lens Factory for my eye are needs...I saved a TON of money and look great!

Good experience. Took longer than I might have hoped, but they were upfront about the turn around time and I am very happy with the glasses. If you have good frames and are looking to save some money, this is a great option

Order never got and no refund

Great communicators before and while my lenses were being made. New lenses arrived quicker than I expected, due to the holidays. Lenses look good, but feel a little funny. Possibly because my old lenses were so scratched!

Using LensFactory was the easiest way I have EVER Purchased a pair of Prescription Glasses. I will always use LensFactory from this pair to ALL future pair of Glasses. Thank You LensFactory.

Long time customer with no previous problems. I sent in brand new coffee colored frames along with my prescription. When I received my completed glasses the clam shell opening of the frames fit poorly and the original new coffee colored screws were replaced with oversized silver screws which look odd and don't fit properly. I emailed my concerns and didn't receive a reply. I then called and was told by Shamone that she had been too busy to return the email. When I asked for a solution, Shamone was condescending and told me she could not help me. The best they could do is have me send the frames back and they would look for the original coffee colored screws. Frames are damaged by oversized screws, and unlikely they will find the original screws, so without a new set of frames the options are limited. Disappointing service after so many years without a problem.

Shamone was Great....! The lens are perfect. I wanted glass lens. They are Great... Will do more business with lens factory. Thanks again . Brian
