They mailed me the box to send my glasses in right away. I mailed them back to them with the label they provided. I put all the info in the box for them. I received them back within about 2 weeks. They are great! I love them for much less than I would have paid at the doctors office. I loved these frames and really wanted to use them. I'm one happy camper.

I’ve sent in my glasses 3 times to get it “right”. They were very good re: customer service, but my glasses still aren’t right. I’m sure I could have sent them back for a 4th time, but I was frustrated with the whole process

The service was excellent! The only issue was rhat the lenses had to be re-done because the bifocal was to high. This was corrected and now the lenses are perfect!
