I'm impressed...just received my glasses with new lens and they are just like new. great communications through entire process, shipping is ridiculously easy and final product is above expectations. Plan to recommend you to anyone in need of glasses. Also I will now upgrade my reading glasses with you immediately. way to go

The best for online lens replacement
The best for online lens replacement . I had four pairs with clear glass and three pairs of sunglasses . They did a wonderful job and saved me a lot of money . I would recommend this company to everyone

The turn around time is ridiculous
The turn around time is ridiculous, they have had our order well over a month!

Hi Tina, I'm sorry that you did not have a stellar experience with us. From what I can tell from your order, you placed it July 25th, we received your glasses in on 8/2/2021 and were actually able to ship them back out to you on 8/3 with new lenses in them - with delivery confirmation for 8/6. Again Lens Factory came through with flying colors in producing high quality results as was promised then delivered meeting expectation(s). From the receiving department to the production department to the shipping department everything was perfectly coordinated, I couldn’t be happier with my purchase.

Had a bad scratch on my lens
Had a bad scratch on my lens. Did a search for lens replacement and checked out Lensfactory. Was satisfied with the reviews so I purchased the lenses, and waited 3 days for the shipping box that I purchased. Sent the box with my glasses. They sent emails with progress. When they arrived the glasses were perfect. Single vision with photochromic grey. Will keep using Lensfactory.
