Exceptional!! The ordering process was very smooth. My questions were addressed very quickly. The lenses are exceptionally clear given the strength of my prescription. I have already gloated about my experience with LensFactory to my children and friends. I will return for sunglasses soon.

I highly recommend these people. The whole process was so easy and lightening fast! I’m impressed. They probably prefer I not say what I paid but I can tell you this much, it was a whole lot less than the eye doctor. I used an old pair of frames and I requested they send me a shipping box and label. I got it about 3 days later and all I had to do was drop the frames in the box along with a copy of my prescription, stick the label on and drop it in the mail. I got the finished product a few days later. So easy. I’m sold on these guys.

We're fine telling others what you paid :) We know we're much more cost effective than our brick and mortar stores - and other similar sites online. Thanks for the great review - we're glad we were able to sell you on our service! First time ordering but it was very smooth and I received my glasses in a timely manner and the prices of the lenses are unbelievable!! The only thing to improve on is the outside blue shipping box. It's very thin and was sealed with a piece of clear tape on eack end. When I got the package a work, one end of the box was opened. The inside boxes were great and sturdy and my glasses were wrapped inside with bubble wrap and were fine.

Hello! In an attempt to find the most cost effective shipping boxes that would actually protect your frames, we opted for a box within a box. I will work with our shipping department on how the ends were coming open in hopes to prevent this in the future! Thanks for the great review! The lenses are excellent. It seemed odd that one pair of glasses was shipped via UPS ground. It took an extra week.

Hello. Thanks for the great review! I'm sorry UPS was slow getting back to you - we switched to using UPS for our return shipments as the postal service was slow as well. I believe across the board shipping quality across the country has taken a hit. Shipping with UPS provides us better clarity on exactly where your package is at versus USPS.
