Fantastic company! Well organized, excellent product and world class customer service! Incredibly quick turnaround (less than two weeks including shipping across the country). I was unsure about sending my favorite frames to an unknown company to me, but after this experience, I will never use another lab. Highly recommend these folks.

This is the fifth pair of glasses I’ve sent to Lensfactory. The lens quality and turn around time is fantastic. However, on this order, my Ray Ban acetate frames came back warped and scratched. This is the second Ray Ban acetate frame I’ve sent in that has come back needing reshaping to get the frame straight and arms even. So 2 out of 5 orders had quality control issues. Please be kinder to acetate frames and make sure they are symmetrical before returning.

Well, for the second time I've ordered lenses from LensFactory. Both instances were completed efficient, with just over week, and, the view through my eyes were perfect. The cost is half of what I confronted the local competitors.

Very helpful and informative. Contacted Lens Factory quite a few times before my purchase. Customer service answered all my questions before I ordered my glasses. I even contacted Lens Factory while ordering to help me through the ordering process. The customer service person was very helpful and got my order processed. Received my new glasses today March 8th Very happy. I purchased a pair frames from a local store and sent those in to get my lenses put in. I needed a pair of transition prescription lenses for when I ride my Harley. Rather than carrying my regular pair of prescription glasses and a pair of sunglasses figured it would be better to just get a pair of prescription transitions. The new pair of glasses were shipped back to me March 7th and I received the new pair on March 8th. Very happy.
