LensFactoryReviews of lensfactory.com

Lens Factory did an excellent job creating and installing my progressive lenses in two pairs of womens petite eye glass frames for me. Mari was so kind and patient with me over the phone, helping me to understand my prescription and pupil distance information. I would highly recommend their services. When in doubt, give them a call, they will answer questions or concerns. Very happy with my new glasses!

Fast, reliable, great quality. We just ordered our third pair!

Thank you LensFactory

Fast turn around. Perfect way to update a spare pair of glasses without a lot of expense.

Great service and communication! We will be doing more business soon.

Had my order for over 30 days, claimed to email with inquiries and never did. I had to follow up and figure out what was going on. Even when my order finally showed fulfilled I chatted and was given a tracking number and in the chat was told an email was sent, but there was NO email. For the price, I could have went somewhere else and had them back much quicker
