LensesrxReviews of lensesrx.com

The website is well-designed and easy to navigate as well as select frames and lenses. Email communications are exceptional, and the product delivered always exceeds my expectations. I'm happy to recommend Lensesrx for anyone needing prescription eyewear and lenses.

My instructions for segment height were followed exactly.

Customer service was great. My lenses were not correct and LensesRx tried to make them right with no questions asked. I had to send everything back and after a few weeks, I received the modified lenses and they were still not right. I am not sure they have the capability.

LensesRx is the Real Deal! I have in the past, sent both frames for glasses and frames for sunglasses lens replacement and I couldn't be more satisfied with the product(s) I have received. I have saved hundreds of dollars purchasing used, name brand frames online, taking those used frames, sending them in to LensesRx along with my new Rx prescription and save at LEAST half the retail cost. I highly recommend LensesRx if you want a great product and a great deal.

Great customer service and products. I had a small problem with the first pair but was able to return them and purchase several pairs which I received in just a couple of weeks.

I had a problem with my lenses 10 months after getting them. They corrected the problem and promptly shipped new lenses to me. They .stood by their product.

I had a great experience ordering for the second time!! Professional service and excellent customer service. I would order again if needed.

What a waste of time. They showed that the frames I needed were in stock - and still do. I broke mine recently, and the manufacturer informed me that they were discontinued. LensesRX, like many others, show them to be available. What happens is you'll place the order, and wait and wait and wait. You'll try to call, and get nowhere. Finally, you'll get a notice that they are no longer available. UPDATE YOUR SITES!
