I love LensesRX. I love their prices. I love their communication. I love the quality of what they produce. I've bought lenses and frames there many times, and it's always been a very good experience. If you can't handle a week or two wait, then don't use them, but if you plan ahead, they're great and will save you a bunch. The thing I really appreciated this time (got new lenses), is that I sent in the old lenses (and they returned them), but what was impressive is that on the old lenses they had marked several locations, with a fine tip sharpie, with crosses and lines, which told me they were doing everything possible to get my new lenses just right.

I have trying use lensesRx for two times. They have no transparency about the expected shipping and delivery time. If for you this is important, try other companies.

Customer service was wonderful and I received my frames in a timely manner. I love the frames. They are just as pictured and as I expected. The prices are very competitive. I would highly recommend LensesRX.!!!

We contacted you and confirmed the frames were available. We placed the order on line, frames only on Feb 24. I received a notice that the optometrist approved and nothing. It's now been two weeks and we still have no status on the order.

I have used this service many times and no matter how weird my frames may be, they always find a way to make it work. Excellent turn over time. Excellent customer service and very reasonable pricing.

Second time having lenses done with LensesRx. It was the same exact good experience (minus US postal service). Customer service is pleasant and the product service is a hard to find reliable quality at a very ethical price point.
