Lenses showed up on time as advertised. The online ordering is a little convoluted but the be order got fixed after a few emails. Good customer service, but web site navigation could be improved.

Received my Hyannis JFK sunglasses. I must say they are exceptional. I have owned many expensive sunglasses before. These exceeded my expectations at an unbelievable price. Based on Ray Ban Wayfarers, the quality of these outweigh Ray Ban by far. The fit the size and overall feel are spot on. I will be wearing these forever. Also the handwritten note that it came with makes me realize that the people and the company itself puts care into every product. Bravo!!! Well done people. THE BEST!!!! Best by far.

I’m very pleased with my lens replacement and the excellent customer service. When I had an issue with my first pair, I was taken care of promptly and without hesitation. I am so pleased with the quality, affordability, and efficiency of lens replacement in my favorite frames from Lens Direct that I have ordered another lens replacement for a second pair of frames.
