It's been two weeks and I still haven't received my order! I've emailed the company several times without any resolution. I demand a refund immediately.

I wish they would of straitened the glasses they are way off, like bent. And the lenses seem to have a yellow a tint

I have ordered contact lenses through this company for three years. I have not experienced issues except, when my prescription expires or it hasn't been received. I like how I have options on how to provide my prescription.( I usually just send it as an attachment through the website). I also like the variety of lenses through the website. I haven't had any issues with customer service the only one I had was my fsa card not processing however, this was not an issue on their part. Which is why overall, I rated 5 stars. The only other thing is ,some time ago , the box i got for lenses was lesser than current prices offered. So, some form of rebate or discounts I think would be the only thing.
