I received my contacts quickly although…
I received my contacts quickly although I wasn’t provided the full discount offered due to my account being on “guest” status. Also, in my pack I have had 4 torn contacts within the first week. Customer service was quick to respond about “guest” account.

Wrong prescription
I got the first pair and they made me very dizzy, so I sent them back and had them make them single vision instead of progressive. The second pair finally came and the frame is bent weird and doesn't fit like it did before and the vision just isn't right. Well after looking over everything and trying to decide what to do, I discovered that the prescription is not correct. They didn't even look at the prescription paper to check it. I've now been dealing with this for over 2 months.
