I had to change my lens replacement order today and had the pleasure of working with Olivia Mark. She was very thorough and made the adjustment so easy. I must say I was worried about changing the order especially since I mailed the glasses already. She was very helpful and made me feel like I was in good hands. I am reassured that my glasses will be services and returned with all the things I asked for based on her help. I have not received my new glasses yet as I just mailed them today. However, if this is a indication as to how they will be handled Olivia Mark has set a high mark!
