Checking status of order is difficult. Erroneous information provided regarding status. Unexplained delays. Not at all what was advertised or expected. Remains to be seen as of this writing if I will receive my glasses back or not. UPDATE 11/4/2021 - still no glasses. Company rep had previously promised "expedited shipping at no extra cost" - package mailed 10/28, scheduled delivery date 11/5/2021. By the USPS no less. Nothing "expedited" about that.

Very helpful with my first purchase

Great price on Alcon Air Optix Colors lens. However, the quality of the lens is very poor. I've worn these for years but always purchased through my local optometrist. Each lens should last one month for a six month supply. So far out of my last supply, I've only been able to stretch monthly use for one set before changing. You'll have to replace each side in 15-20 days. You're actually getting a 3 month supply if you get lucky. Also, only reviews posted on website are 4 and 5 ratings. SCAM ALERT!!!!

This is a very convenient way of ordering contacts. I did not have to leave my house. Although I did not receive tracking information. They came rather quickly in about 4-5 days. Will be placing more orders soon. @conradfrancois was very helpful with my questions and concerns.

Duval Auguste was very helpful to me in letting me know what a status meant on an order.

Duval is seriously the best representative I've been in contact with so far. I have called/chatted with probably 4 or 5 other representatives since August and no one has given me a definitive answer about where my glasses were at except Duval. He mentioned that he would follow up with me via email and I didn't believe him because several other representatives said the same thing and never got back to me, so Duval gave me his word and actually followed through. Despite my frustrations and anger with LensDirect, Duval kept calm and walked me through everything. After 11 weeks of waiting, my glasses are getting shipped out today and I couldn't be happier. Please give Duval a massive raise or send him up the leadership chain because he is the definition of GREAT customer service. Thank you
