GREAT SERVICE! I needed replacement lenses. Sent in my frames and they contacted me immediately to verify I wanted to replace, due to the fact my frames were a bot "used" looking. BUT, I love my Chanel frames, so I did approve and they were returned with the new lenses in less than a week. I then ordered more lenses and made an error on my order, BUT, Daisy helped me with that and now I've sent out more for replacements. VERY PLEASED with the speed, help and accuracy so far!!! I had an email saying the prescription I sent for my daughter's lenses was insufficient. Olivia Mark waited patiently while I resent the prescription and kept me on the line until she received it to ensure the issue was fully resolved. She's an excellent customer service representative.
