My experience with ordering contacts from LensDirect has been nothing but exceptional. Other online companies that sell contacts, try to mislead you. This company is straight up, doesnt hide and tack on later all kinds of fees. And you can actually talk to a real customer service person that speaks English. I needed help doing a quick reorder because I only have 2 pairs left so I emailed for support. Must’ve been late but I got a l message that someone will contact me soon. And here comes Claire, a real live person who understands my problem and will help me. I don’t even price shop the internet anymore. LensDirect and Claire make sure I don’t run out, that I get the correct item and I’m sure there are many things I’m not aware of, that Claire needs to do so that my order arrives on time with free shipping. You should give this company a chance and you, too , would give up the price shopping. Give Claire a call and let her help you.

Kissel was super helpful when I needed to cancel my order after I realized that my prescription had expired. I will be placing my order again with Lens Direct as soon as I have my appointment and new prescription in hand, had my experience not been as good with customer service I might’ve ordered from a different company.

I needed to correct a mistake I made with an order I placed online. Olivia was so sweet and was able to fix the problem and answer all of my questions. Would definitely purchase from here again.

Hey Guys/Gals, I called today regarding a billing issue noted in an email from you all yesterday. In that email I was informed that my total for my new lenses would be $285. Or there about a, anyway I asked Sheena about the lack of a discount. She put me on hold for a bit, and she returned she had found a 30% discount. Being a senior and on a fixed income she brought a smile to both my face and my heart. GR8 job, and kudos to your always welcoming customer service department.

Claire was very efficient and pleasant in taking care of my issue. If you didn't send so many emails about discounts, I might have noticed the one that said my auto-reorder was getting ready to ship and caught it before I had to call & have Claire tell me how to handle it!
