I ran out of contacts and needed them asap. I did the inline vision test and got them ordered but sadly they were back ordered. Aaliyah was so helpful she upgraded my shipping to priority free of charge and got them shipped out the same day.

Excellent customer service

My issue was very urgent and flustering, but Bibi helped me out and took care of my issue with no problems. Also it was resolved in a timely manner!

My prescription expired and my appointment isn’t for another month so I tried their online vision test. Unfortunately the online vision test wasn’t going through. It took me almost an hour and multiple retries to get it to load until I gave up. OLIVIA helped me tremendously to getting my money back. She was kind and quick to get the job done. Thank you OLIVIA!
