Excellent customer service!
This is my second lens replacement and everything went pretty smooth, I made an error on my order and Aaliyah went out of her way to help me fix it. She actually went above and beyond! Happy with my glasses and the excellent service!

Great customer service!
Second time I've used the service. This time I pushed the wrong button after entering the coupon and the order went through with no discount. Sent an email to support and the next morning Dornio got back to me and submitted a refund for the discount amount. Pretty cool!
