I received a message that I needed to update some information before my lenses could be shipped. As luck would have it, Kissel, the same staff person who helped me on the initial purchase, managed the finalization of my purchase. Shortly after we talked, Kissel called back to let me know that the 20% discount was inadvertently overlooked. So, she processed a reimbursement for that amount and saved me $40 I might have lost. I appreciate that!!
