DO NOT rely on their past reviews. Read EVERY review within the last few months. This company is as unreliable, careless, and pathetic as it comes. They have good reviews because they’re inexpensive. When it comes to them having to provide actual customer service, they are about as abysmal as it gets. What is even more blatant is that within the last 5 months or so, their distributor is having extreme issues providing inventory as every review states the same; waiting and waiting and waiting for product. Instead of rectifying the issue, this company exhibits total disregard for loyal customers, and does absolutely nothing. I’ve been waiting 4 weeks and counting for contacts that are extremely common; ones that literally every other distributor I’ve contacted have in stock. I’ve been told multiple times, on a weekly basis, my contacts would be in. To no avail, I am not only still waiting, but am completely out of contacts. Their customer service agents are snarky, sarcastic low lives. When you express frustration (which is abundantly warranted at this point) they offer zero help and even less concern. It will be a cold day in hell before I order from them ever again. Pay extra to go with a reputable company that actually appreciates their customers

I had a PayPal issue which I could not explain but was able to complete my transaction quickly with the assistance of Claire. Claire was very professional and resolved the issue in a timely manner

I had not received the mailing label for my lens replacement order, so I contacted customer service via phone. Claire answered my shipping questions, told me how to prepare my glasses for shipping, and immediately emailed the 2 shipping labels I needed, so that I could send my frames to you to have the new lenses put in. My experience with LensDirect has been positive since I switched to using LD about a year ago. Today, KAYLA exceeded my expectation! I used the website to contact Customer Service and was truly impressed with the very quick response, not only for the speed of response and for her positive response to my request.

Claire was most helpful with my payment issues and completed my order very quickly.

My prescription was having difficult processing through the website and Oneil was timely and helpful with getting everything situated and my contacts sent! Quick and efficient!
