Overall I’ve always had such good service with LensDirect. Most recently Kissel was always quick and friendly to answer questions about my order. I typically get my lens from the eye doctor and they use LensCrafters which I found is awful quality that only after a year the lens with UV coating started to come off. Never had this issue with LensDirect so will continue to use them. Cheers to Kissel!

*** I want to note that there were no issues with customer service AT ALL. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and kind. I've used Lensdirect before and had no problems, got my contacts shipped probably within the week. So you can imagine my disappointment when I placed an order March 3rd, and it's March 30th, and they still hadn't been shipped. I finally canceled them because it was ridiculous how long this process was taking. First, it took almost a week just to get the prescription verified, but I was able to do it almost immediately once I called to inquire about it. Next, it took them almost a week to let me know that my contacts were back-ordered. Had I been told sooner, I would've canceled it then and there. Since I was traveling, I thought it wouldn't hurt to wait. I was told by two different people that my contacts were about to ship and that I'd be getting an email that day. (never did) So I call the next day and there's still a hold on my shipping. Overall I really did try waiting it out, but I've run out of contacts and think it's better to order from someone else than to wait. The lack of communication during the process was the most irritating part, I should've canceled my order a lot sooner. Won't be using Lensdirect again.

Great customer service provided by Selwyn. I was unable to place my order on-line for an unknown reason and he was able to access my cart and pick up where I was unable to continue. He processed my order quickly and efficiently. He stayed on the phone with me to be sure that I not only received my order confirmation but also my shipping label. Thanks Selwyn! I'm looking forward to my new lenses and hope it all goes just as smooth.

Kissel was very helpful in applying a 20% coupon to my recurring order!

I contacted Warren about the status of my order and why I was not given the full 25% off. He took care of the price adjustment immediately and the glasses were sent out that day.

Oniel Paul was knowledgeable and solve my problem. Hopefully i get my glasses before i leave on vacation next week.

I left a very poor review earlier because I thought they lost my expensive frames - their website was not updating properly. But they got their act together and delivered the glasses - everything is fine. The price is like a third of what others would have charged. Overall a good experience and would not hesitate to do business here again.
