I discovered after placing a nightime…
I discovered after placing a nightime order that my prescription had expired in February. Keisha was very quick and helpful. She was able to cancel my order before my credit card was charged. Much appreciated. I will reorder once I get my new prescription.

I've had a horrible experience from the…
I've had a horrible experience from the beginning. It took 2 weeks and 2 follow up emails to get the box I paid for to send my glasses in. Once I finally got that sent to me, I mailed them in and the company had them for 2 months before they even started production. It took so long that I followed up 3 times and eventually had to have them change my address. They confirmed the change of address and added expedited shipping. I followed up AGAIN when another week went by and there were still no updates on their online tracker - I received no response. Today they rush shipped them TO THE WRONG ADDRESS after confirming that they'd changed the shipping address. Truly an awful company to work with and I would recommend staying far away.

You do have the option to select a frame from our Delancey collection so we can complete your Lens Replacement order. Incredible customer service from Keisha
I'm ordinarily not one to write a review but the quality of customer service I received from Keisha today deserved to be recognized. My contact lens order was put on hold due to an outdated payment method being on file. Keisha handled the situation with care and kindness. She went out of her way to make it easy to rectify the issue. She even offered a discount on my order and expedited shipping since she felt that I was waiting too long for my order. I felt very well taken care of. This is how customer service should be!

Wrong delivery but right resolution
