I had an order issue due to a missing prescription. I spoke with a few people but no one really helped much. I ordered replacement lenses for my Oakley Half Jackets. Upon arrival, I was able to snap the left lens into the frame and it stayed. However the right lens snapped into the nose side but not the temple side. I contacted LensDirect customer service. Today, Kwasi welcomed my inquiry and checked with the team. Then gave me option to ask for a refund or return the sunglasses to be expertly fitted. Kwasi Sent me a mailing label via email—all at no additional cost. I boxed up my Oakleys and placed into the hands of my mail carrier—by afternoon. I am awaiting for the return of my sunglasses and will report upon the final results.
