LensDirect.comReviews of lensdirect.com

I recently ordered more contacts. I’ve purchased daily contacts (Biotrue, accuevue precision for astigmatism, and clariti) all this year and they keep me updated on shipping, they very prescriptions as expected, and have reasonable prices. They are well packaged and I trust them. I will be using them again. I have auto shipment.

Nyah assisted me with an issue using a coupon code. I otherwise would have canceled the order, but she was quick and assisted with another coupon code.

Deception Alert. This outfit claims to replace lenses in 12 business days. What they choose NOT to disclose is the fact that they do not "log in" your order for a few weeks. They only count the 12 days form the time they "log in" your order. What a scam! Be prepared to wait a month or more. EXTREMELY DECEPTIVE FOLLOWUP: LensDirect did not care enough to resolve the delays and ignored my many requests, but when I took the problem online to TrustPilot -- they suddenly wanted all kinds of info, presumably to massage their TrustPilot rating. That is the worst kind of contempt.

I was shipped the wrong product so I called to see how to return/exchange. Sharissa walked me through the process quickly and easily. I have a new order on the way (with no out of pocket cost) and the return process is very convenient. I have worked with other companies in the past but the customer service for LensDirect is head and shoulders above the competition. I am a very satisfied customer.

Bibi was wonderful and helped fix the issue with my order immediately. Thank you Bibi!
