Bibi helped get everything cleared up after I did not hear from the company after several attempts. She saved me money and to get my contacts in a timely manner.

Very proactive communication with an issue with my lenses that caused a delay shipping them back to me. Upgraded my shipping to expedited at no charge. Nyah from customer service answered all of my questions and was a pleasure to work with.
