Buying the replacement lenses was easy. They give you the option of sending a box (for $2.99) or sending them in your own box. I chose their box because it is inexpensive and I get free shipping. The price was very good-I applied a coupon from their site. I started a chat with them to ask a question and they told me they needed additional information for the order. I was having some difficulty and Chela was very patient as he walked me through how to get a measurement. They also sent an email. So far everything has gone smoothly. They said it would take 3-5 days to get the box and then 10-14 days to get the glasses back. I am not anticipating any problems because so far customer service has been great.
