I want to start by saying I have written about 3 reviews my whole life. I feel that I need to give a shoutout to Sharissa and the whole customer service dept. at LensDirect. I bought a pair of designer sunglasses. I wanted to replace the lenses, after some research I landed on LensDirect. I ordered the lenses and realized I ordered the wrong color. Customer service got back to me promptly and changed my order without any questions. I sent my frames in and they were returned quickly with the new lenses. One issue- one of the arms of the sunglasses had snapped at some point. Initially I was told my glasses would not be replaced but could pick a pair from the LensDirect collection. I was disappointed but assumed the risk when shipping my frames. I picked and received the LensDirect sunglasses that were cute but not what I wanted. Within a couple of weeks I was surprised. I received a brand new pair of the original designer sunglasses with replacement lenses! I totally wasn’t expecting that. Sharissa told me she escalated to management and was able to make it happen. I am psyched to wear my new sunglasses on vacation next week! Thank you Sharissa!

My ordered frames were not in inventory and when I was about to request a refund Warren found me frames that I overlooked. And I am picky lol. Thanks Warren!

Kayla was most helpful, polite and very patient with me! She kept on top of it until I finally sent my prescription!!! She responded so quickly I thought she was animated! Very nice and I am totally THRILLED with her service! She is an asset to your operation fir sure!!
