Worse company ever, beware. I send them a pair of glasses that I needed for a upcoming trip. They keep the glasses for over a month and inform me they don't have the equipment to cut the lenses!? It took them over a month to figure this out. I now had a week to find another company to make the lenses and tell them to overnight the glasses back to me because of the situation they put me in, instead they send it through regular mail! Go to lensabl, much better.

Kissel stepped in and resolved my issue immediately. I just was making sure they knew I received defected lenses, and they took my complaint and sent me new ones. I didn't expect them too at all so appreciate that very much!
