Karielle was AWESOME. Helped me out to place some orders and made some suggestions that helped me choose the right replacement lens color. Excellent service all around. I’ve used LensDirect now 11 times for 7 pairs of reader replacements and 4 pairs of sunglass lens replacement. They are the best and employ the best customer service team!!

Hooray for customer rep Nyah, who offered a solution that (I hope) will solve a problem that began in the LensDirect lab, which broke the favorite frames I sent in for re-lensing. I was astonished and VERY disappointed when higher-ups refused to issue a refund for the difference in cost between what I'd already paid for re-lensing and the cost of the replacement glasses they offered, and Nyah's solution resolved that problem. I'm grateful that her efforts also allow me to leave a positive review for LensDirect rather than a nasty one, which never feels good to me. So: 5 stars for Nyah--and for LensDirect, which after all employs her to resolve such problems. Now I have only to hope my new glasses are as promised. I'll leave another 5-star review when that happens!

I needed glasses for my daughter who was unable to order herself. The script was not complete. Daisy with lens direct called me to let me know. I was worried about having to call back and get a random person but Daisy said to just ask for her. I received the correct information for glasses called back ans ask for Daisy. In no time we had the glasses ordered and they put a rush on them. She was very helpful and kind. Very good at her job. I called lens direct to tell them what an excellent job Daisy had done and I spoke with Nyah. Wow! Another wonderful experience. They are knowledgeable and so very nice.
