So far, I am very appreciative of the responsiveness and attention to my first order with this company.

Nyah was very helpful, as was the team the replaced the lenses on my polarized fishing glasses. I asked if they could salvage the one good glass lense and send it back if they did, and they were able to. Very appreciative of the work and customer service, will recommend to others, and return if I need another set of lenses.

I was able to get my questions answered and even though lenses can’t be sent as replacements for frames I bought from LensDirect, they will replace lenses if I send the frames back so it wasn’t the best news, but it was acceptable. Nyah was helpful and courteous in the explanation. She did what she could to make sure my next order was going to process quickly.
