I was looking for some basic bifocal "reader" lenses for some Ray Ban frames that I have. I didnt want any correction for the main lens, with a standard "power" for the bifocal section. LensDirect typically needs a prescription for lenses but in this case, I didnt have (or need one). Sharissa stated that they would need a Rx but agreed to look into it further for me. She called me back almost right away and stated that there WAS a way to get the lenses I wanted. She patiently took my information over the phone and walked me through the entire process. She even offered a discount! I really appreciate her help! Thanks Sharissa!
