Keisha was awesome. Helping me with the prescription and she was very nice and thorough.

DO NOT BUY YOUR CONTACTS HERE!! First, they sent me the wrong lenses. When I called to complain, they explained they do not carry my exact lenses. When I asked for a refund, they said no and that I could not return the wrong prescription. I learned that they never confirmed my prescription with my eye doctor ( I am pretty certain that is illegal). Then, when I sent my prescription in a second time, they said they would send me the correct lenses, only to send me a box of samples that are not labeled for sale and they specify that. I think they are actually samples for foreign markets based on the labels. Any other vendor has better customer service, do not use these people.

Jade was extremely helpful in resolving my issue. If all goes well we should have the contacts before vacation!!

I had a Cataract Extraction and wanted to replace one lens with clear lens and leave prescription for eye to be operated on later. They sent second lens with shipment that I will insert after second surgery. I only gave them a week to create and ship glasses and sun glasses. Nyah and one other rep shepherded the glasses for each step. They called and emailed to say they arrived, created lens to fit my glasses in one day and shipped them at the end of week overnight. So glad I did it since I can function and see better in between surgeries and protect eyes from injury and glare while I heal. Wonderful customer service. Recommend doing same if having this very common surgery and Nyah and this company in particular!❤️

I called customer service, because I had received some boiler plate type messages that concerned me, and were confusing. Keisha patiently provided answers to my questions, was knowledgeable, and put me at ease. This is my first experience with LensDirect, and I look forward to receiving my new lenses in my frames, and being a future customer as well. Again, a big thank-you to Keisha.
