First, it was pretty delayed at the stage of Assembing/QC per their tracking. From the order to the delivery, It took 7 weeks to get the lens replacement back on my existing metal frame. I checked with them a few times because of delay and they said they were working hard.. I was shocked the metal frame came back completely crooked/vented and was unwearable. I then realized that they broke the frame so made a screw to fix it. This frame from OVO is typically desinged without needing any screws. I sent these photos (frame shape before and after) to the customer service but no responses. I just wasted over ~$1000. Do not send your precious frames to this low, worthless company.

Great customer service! I received a box of contact lens with a defective contact. I emailed customer service and Daisy was able to assist me. I appreciate her willingness to help and efficiency with resolving the problem I had.

I ordered contacts for my son and he wore them but still couldn’t see. Turns out I ordered non astigmatism contacts under astigmatism script. Never knew there was a difference in strength. I reached out to lensdirect to possibly return and get the correct ones. I worked with Keisha and she was very helpful and promptly responsive throughout our email communication. She processed new lens and I’m awaiting delivery. She was great and easy to work with.

Karielle was amazing. I received a box of contacts that did not meet my prescription. It was my fault I used my glasses not contact prescription. Not only did she catch my mistake but she consulted another rep to make sure that the error was corrected. Thank you Karielle.
