I am THRILLED with my "new" glasses. I am so happy I tried LensDirect. These are my favorite frames and the lenses were badly damaged. A local Optometrist refused to replace the lenses - wanted me to buy new lenses and NEW frames at almost $1000 with my extra strong prescription. The LensDirect process was so easy. There were videos to show how to measure and mark your lenses. My glasses came back perfect!! I will definitely use LensDirect again when I need new lenses.

I was charged for my order, and on 3 separate times, I’ve been in contact with someone with LensDirect.com and have MAJOR PROBLEM With this order all three times I’ve gone through the story over and over. I never received my contact lens. Obviously they were sent through the United States Postal Service & lately, a lot of things I order online, when delivered, have begun to be stolen out of my mailbox & a lot of pkgs left in glaring view are being stolen! I cannot afford to pay almost $100 & still don’t have my contacts, I never received the box of contacts I ordered August 25,2024. I need that &90 refunded immediately plz, because I’m on disability & I’m barely able to keep electricity, and since I’ve never got the contacts I want my money back. I can’t help it if someone who stalks me is stealing my mail. However like I said other things are being stolen out of my mailbox too so I’m convinced the easiest resolution of this problem is an immediate refund. I’m on disability and I don’t have $100 to just throw away because I paid in good faith expecting to get contacts and I didn’t get them.

I used to love them as it was easier to get my contacts but just like all the other bad reviews are saying, their customer service sucks! I’ve reached out to them about how multiple of my contacts in my last two boxes were terrible! I got multiple that were already ripped (yes i saw it was ripped before i took it out) and multiple that were dried/burned. There were two pairs that i opened and were already dried out. A couple pairs made my eyes burn and IT WAS THE CONTACT SOLUTION/CONTACT ITSELF. I tested it by trying multiple contacts in and found out some of them legit burn my eyes. Still haven’t heard anything and I reached out probably about a week ago now and it states on their site they will be in touch with me before that.

waited 3 days over the due date to arrive . contacts at my post office postmaster said the had to be turned around . now there shipped back to lens direct . not knowing when i will get them . never will i ever reorder from this place . slow service shady in the shipping .with no answers

One of my lenses has a visible defect/imperfection within the lens material (not a surface scratch). I complained and complained, but LensDirect has just ignored me. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
