Will revise the review once they solve everything. I ordered my lenses and shipped out my frames. I get an email about 3 weeks later that the frames with the new lenses will be shipped back to me. I waited and waited and received nothing. I called them many times, daily then I was finally told that they actually lost my frames and they can’t locate them. These frames are pretty expensive and they were a gift. Every day I get the same story that they are checking with the lab to locate them and now they are checking with the shipping department. The last update I got is that the shipping department is purchasing new frames from me directly from the manufacturer ( Tom Ford) , once they get them they will resend them to me. Gif knows how long this is going to take. I can’t believe that a company like them would actually lose my frames, very sketchy.
