Jade promptly checked into my concern and it was addressed quickly. Call took no longer than a couple of minutes to answer and get resolved. Excellent customer service!!

Shawn was very helpful in my returns, I had given up on Lens Direct because of the 4 previous reps I spoke to: First was Sharissa who was RUDE and unhelpful, and snarky, Kayla was better and had a supervisor call me back, Karielle is the supervisor who called back but did nothing but quote policy, Unhelpful, and Abigail quoted policy and when asked about the 100% money back guarantee she claimed it wasn't on the website that she could see and had me send the 3 E-mail's I was sent by Lens Direct and all 3 show 100% Money Back guarantee, When Abigail saw the e-mail ads she quoted policy again and said the 100% money Back Guarantee was only IF Lens Direct Messed up???? WTH? Some Guarantee!! I was even going to go on social media about my experience, but before I could do that, Shawn out of the blue contacted me and offered to take the returns back and give me full credit, he was communicative (Unlike the other 4) and very helpful. He sent me shipping labels, and just a few days later the glasses were returned, I contacted Shawn when I saw the Tracking said they were received, and he stated that he processed the credits (Have not seen them on my account but trusting him). I will give Lens Direct another try, since I already have 4 pair or prescription glasses from them and have used the Sunglasses lens replacement program also. If it wasn't for Shawn, I would not even consider Lens Direct again. Thank you, Shawn!!!
